🎯
Every second, annotated
"0:02 — left arm drops." You'll know exactly what to work on before the next lesson.
📈
Progress you can see
Scores, air time, landing rate over time. USFS level progress bar shows your child's path.

Drills that fix it
AI spots the root cause, gives a 2-minute off-ice drill to fix it before the next session.
What SkateMarks sees that you can't
Built on 8 disciplines of sports science

Developmental Science · Fatigue Analysis · Body-Type Adaptation · Sport Psychology
🛡
Protects her joints
Every landing is checked for safe knee bend. Not just "did she land it" but "did she land it safely." Landing impact can be 3-5x body weight.
💭
Knows fear from failure
She slowed down before the jump. That's not a technique problem, that's hesitation. SkateMarks tells you the difference.
⏱
Knows when to stop
After 45 minutes, landing stability dropped 20%. That's not laziness. That's her body saying it's time to rest.
Her arm keeps dropping? Might not be the arm. SkateMarks finds the root cause.
Common questions
Is this replacing my child's coach?
No. Your coach teaches the skills. SkateMarks helps your child practice them correctly between lessons, so she comes to the next lesson better prepared. Think of it as your coach's guidance, extended to every practice.
My kid won't listen to feedback from me. Will this help?
Yes, and this is one of the most common reasons parents try SkateMarks. When the app says "your left arm dropped at 0:02," it lands differently than when Mom says the same thing. The AI has no emotional stake in the conversation. Kids often pull up the playback themselves.
I don't have a private coach. Can I still use SkateMarks?
Absolutely. SkateMarks works whether you're in group classes, self-taught, or just starting out. You get detailed coaching feedback on every video: per-second coaching notes, root cause analysis, and specific drills to practice at home. It can also help you understand when your child might be ready for private lessons.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
SkateMarks uses biomechanics-based analysis, the same sports science discipline behind elite athletic training programs. It tracks 33 points of movement across your skater's body at up to 240 frames per second, the same frame rate range used in professional sports biomechanics labs. But the real analysis begins after that: instead of just showing you numbers, it connects them into a causal chain. "Her arm drops because her shoulder rotates early, because her edge pressure is shallow. Fix the edge first." Every analysis builds on your skater's complete history, so session 20 knows things session 1 couldn't: which patterns keep recurring, what's improving, and what to focus on next. If the camera angle limits what we can see, we tell you.
What jump types does SkateMarks support?
All six competition jumps: Salchow, Toe Loop, Loop, Flip, Lutz, and Axel, plus Waltz Jump. We cover Pre-Preliminary through Preliminary level in depth, with Senior-level support coming later this year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings in 30 seconds. Your analyses and progress history stay accessible for 30 days after cancellation, and you can export your data anytime.
